How we work

One task, four steps

We start with one task in one workflow. Only when it proves itself does it grow into more. Each stage ends with a concrete result that you can check.

  1. 01

    Understand the task

We look at a workflow and clarify what is done there, who decides and what costs time today. Then we pick one task and record the starting values.

ResultA described task with starting values, criteria and limits.

  2. 02

    Test it in one process

We use the solution in one process, for one team. There we compare before and after, for example processing time, work completed or the number of manual interventions, depending on the task.

ResultA before and after comparison, with the conditions under which it was measured.

  3. 03

    Integrate it into the workflow

Once the solution has proven itself, we connect it to the systems you work with. We define which steps run automatically and where a specialist decides.

ResultA running solution in your systems, with an agreed split between automation and human decisions.

  4. 04

    Prepare it for further use

We prepare the solution so that your team can run it on its own and use it in more places, as a repeatable product or as a building block of your own platform.

ResultDocumentation and a repeatable setup that your team runs itself.

With a finished product, the path starts with the question of whether it fits your task and under what conditions it can be connected. Stages two to four follow.

Principles

What we stick to

People have the final say

People define the tasks, the criteria and the limits of automation. Together with you, we decide which steps run automatically and where a specialist decides. This split is part of the product.

Results with measurement conditions

We record starting values and compare before and after. For every result, we state the conditions under which it was produced.

Integrate into existing systems

Products are connected to the systems you work with. They add to what is there instead of replacing it.

Say what is possible and what is not

We tell you what is technically possible, even when the answer is no. In the end, your team should be able to run the system itself.

Describe a workflow to us. We will tell you openly whether and how we can help.
